Two Years Old

My how time has flown by. Our little boy is not so little anymore. Amazing to think that it was 2 years ago that he was born and that our family changed from a family of 3 to a family of 4. Everyday I am amazed at how different our 2 kids are. I love their crazy differences and embrace everything that makes them them. Here's some updates about our crazy boy: He is the most independent kid I have encountered in a while. I can't remember the last time that he held my hand without a fit (when crossing the street especially). He has to get in and out of the car all by  himself, he has to make his own breakfast every morning, his favorite words are "myself".  Although he is very independent, he is also a very good snuggler. He loves to just wrap his arms around you and snuggle in tight.  He loves to sing; loudly, wherever he is. His favorite songs are Jesus Loves Me, Twinkle Twinkle, Happy Birthday, Star Light, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, and Mr. Moon.  He is

Sun River

Keeping with tradition, for mid winter break we headed down to Sun River for the week. It was a fun week of skiing, swimming, hot tubing, and playing games. The long car ride makes it all worth it when we see the smiles and hear all the giggles the Knowles cousins share. We spent the first weekend with everyone there (the Sarions, the Jones, and the Knowles) and then by the end of the week just us and the Knowles were left. It is extremely safe to say that my kids had a blast!!! Thank you so much to grandma and grandpa for making this memorable vacation possible! It was so nice to be able to get outside after a long day of car riding. Callie thought it was super fun to ride her scooter on the icy roads. And Liam, of course, opted to push his bike around instead of riding it.  This goofy little gang has a ton of fun together! This little boy gives the best snuggles! We had some amazing skiing days. The weather was quite unpredictable and ranged from raging win

Ski Lessons 2016

This winter we were sure to sign our kiddos up for another round of ski lessons. Every Sunday Preston and Callie headed up to Snoqualmie to enjoy a fun morning of skiing. The kids made so much progress and skiing with them has become extremely easier. So thankful for a great season of skiing.
