Random spring fun

I'm realizing how bad I have been about keeping up with things. You'd think I'd have more time with Callie in school but time seems to slip away from me. We've had a busy couple of months...trying to make the most of the weather and enjoy spring even though it has yet to arrive. Everyone needs a little fancy in their life.....Grandma took us to see Fancy Nancy at the Tacoma Musical Playhouse. I love Fancy Nancy and the show did not disappoint. Super fun time with the girls and grandma. I love how our 3 girls have 3 very distinct and very different personalities and perspectives on what it means to be fancy! Mothers Day

I am so blessed to be the mom of these 2 amazing kids! I hope that I grow to be a role model in their eyes as my mom continues to grow in mine. I can't wait to take her out to dinner and celebrate soon! Amazing how becoming a mom can change my perspective on everything. We had a great day on Sunday. We spent the morning at church and then packed our lunch and headed up to the mountains for a hike. The kids did amazing - Liam is in an awkward stage - he doesn't want to be in the pack but we also are not sure how much he can actually walk. Sunday he pushed past our expectations and walked the whole 3 muddy miles. The lower falls Biggest tree ever!

Swim Lessons

Now that Liam has turned three we were able to start him in swim lessons. After about 2 tentative weeks, it is safe to say that he loves it! He has the best teacher that I have ever seen and has come very far in a short time. When he started he didn't even want to put his chin in the water, now we struggle to get him to keep his head above the water. We are thankful that he can do this during the day and spend the morning in the pool playing.
